The planetary roller extruder is composed of a central main shaft, a planetary shaft, a rolling barrel, a shell, heating and cooling, and a nozzle. The structure adopts a modular system, which has good flexibility. The contact area is five times that of the previous single-screw and two-screw extruders, and the cross-sectional shape is conducive to the high dispersion and uniformity of the melt, so high-quality products can be obtained.

Mainly used for heat sensitive materials, hard and soft PVC calenders provide output. It can also be used to extrude the mixture of ABS, TPO, TPU and filled polyolefin and binder. Has now achieved results in the powder coating industry. The chemical and food industries are also expanding applications.
